Infinity did my whole house including a bifolding door and it has made a real difference this summer with the hot weather been having I’d highly recommend this company the only downfall was the 2 fitters that came to install the job were Liverpool fans lol but apart from that fab product and top installers keep up the good work fellas

They were perfect from start to finish of the job.

I had infinity come to give me an estimate for a canopy they came on time and were very professional they didn’t use pushy sales tactics we negotiated a price the surveyor Andrew came a week later 4 weeks on the canopy was installed by there fitters which worked directly for the company not sub contractors and installed the canopy which was superb the only fault was the fitters weren’t very chatty but to be fair they weren’t there to chat so other than that couldn’t find a fault and as I was that pleased they came and installed a conservatory from scratch which was fantastic I also recommended them to my mother in law and she had the full house done which she had grey upvc they look amazing would recommend anyone in the south east of England well done everyone at infinity keep up the good work

What can I say what a reliable company I had them round for a quote they were second in I told the desingner from the beginning I was getting 3 quotes and they were second in and he said that was fine he didn’t slate the other competitors out there that your usual companies would do he said that was fine the demonstration he illustrated was very professional and after seeing the sample and the security mechanisms I decided to take them up on the night and designer even said to carry on with the 3rd quote which I decided i was gonna not persue he said I had a cooling of period and would match a like for like quote which they did as promised and I got 250 pound of the previous price that I had agreed the fitters were on time and after 2 days the job was complete and to a high standard of workmanship very pleased well done infinity

Infinity installed a composite stable door and it looks fantastic and given my age at 68 they fitted the door with a low threshold that suits my everyday needs couldn’t fault them will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone

The administration side wasn’t very good. The original team for the window installation did not arrive and no notification was given to me. I had to call them up an hour after they failed to arrive. But they did send another team over on the same day and the workmanship from the new team were excellent.

Very satisfied with the work done, excellent quality workmanship and the job was completed on time.

Windows fitted when arranged. very polite workers and cleaned up after them. Windows are very good and do what they say. Front door is amazing. Only problem was not able to contact the office on day of fitting left messages but did not get a call back. Polite call from office to check all work completed to my satisfaction.

Works were completed in one day, all items were accurately sized and fitted together well. giving a most satisfactory finished appearance. Made an excellent job of cleaning up and removing all the rubbish on completion.
